The 4 digit code in the glove compartment is your radio code. It will turn on displaying your 8 digit serial number. Hold preset buttons 1 and 6 down at the same time for 15 to 20 seconds. Step one: press 1 and 6 Simultaneously WHILE pressing the power button turning it ON (it doesn't matter if you do this with the car running/driving/or just with the key in the on position, it all works the same).
